SHIPPING

Mille Septante Books strives to ensure all items are securely packed and reliably delivered. Purchases will be delivered to the delivery address provided in the order form. Mille Septante Books cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Orders are processed and carefully packed within 3 days. We ship worldwide and choose the most suitable shipping agent for each item’s destination. The shipping fee will be calculated during check-out. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located outside of the geographic regions listed below or if you wish to discuss further details of the shipment.

Belgium, Luxembourg
-tracked shipping up to 5 kg = 5 euro
-local pickup

Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
-tracked shipping up to 5 kg = 9 euro

Rest of Europe
-tracked shipping up to 2kg = 20 euro

Estimated time of arrival is 2-7 working days (EU) or up to 20 days outside Europe. Please take into account that Mille Septante Books cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as strikes, unexpected closing days or busy periods (such as Christmas) at the postal service.

RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the original order to request a return of the goods purchased by writing to us by email at info@milleseptantebooks.com. The price will be refunded in full upon our receipt of the item in the same condition as you received it. In case of a return, shipping costs and duties and taxes are at the expense of the customer. Return postage will only be refunded if the book has been returned because it was wrongly described or damaged in transit. Returns extend only to the original purchaser of an item. Please contact us directly prior to shipping any items for return.

When an item is returned, Mille Septante Books will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge and reclaim the amount related to such loss or damage.

Customers are afforded all rights guaranteed under Belgian Law.
